I Rocked It

Birthday gifts for my love are a ring and a
Bouquet... each flower a perfect red rose
Halfway to her house, I smiled because it's
Friday! I'll bend on one knee and propose.

Knocked on her door and she was surprised,
Shocked to see me kneeling before her.
Locked in my arms, she said, "I love you."
Rocked it!  "Yes," she cried in a whisper.
