I Remember Papa

~ What Papa Taught Me ~

    Save, don't spend
      The good times will end

    Extravagance, for fools
      Frugality rules

    A penny saved
      A penny earned

    A dollar wasted
      Independence spurned...

    Inflation, deflation
      Whatever the situation

    Cash is King
      Credit ~ bling

Good advice couplets and yet the banks keep pushing credit and trying to do away with cash! :)

Well, the banks don't make any money on cash -- unlike their huge profits on credit transactions. Thanks for the visit, Susan. No banker's hours here. Open 24/6. Closed for the Sabbath. :) gw
