I REGRET

FROM MY ROOFTOP GARDEN, 19 NOVEMBER 2016, MY PICTURE, (c)

As my life's days are getting shorter with age And darkness seems slowly to weave the night I regret the light so thoughtlessly wasted When youth's sun had shined, endlessly, so bright! (c) Demetrios Trifiatis 19 November 2016

Light can be deceiving, right? You think it will always be there. So easy to waste! Great write. Have a nice day, Demetrios.

I can't believe how fast the weeks fly by. I remember being in my teens being so anxious to get older. Crazy! I just want the days to slow down now. Great write!

- I is not flawless and bad decisions are taken - it's better to regret something you have done ... than to regret something you have not done - Life goes so fast, do the best you can :) - hugs // Anne-Lise :)

This is what most of us feel ... but cannot express in so poetic a zeal ...
