I Love February

February is a cold month of snow,
maybe that is why I so love the cold;
there was a wild storm on my birth day though.

My stone amethyst has a purple glow,
and I wear hues of purple light and bold;
February is a cold month of snow.

Violet, my bloom that I love to grow,
I search the junk shops for purple things old;
there was a wild storm on my birth day though.

An Aquarius who goes with the flow,
and I have poetic wings that unfold;
February is a cold month of snow.

An Aquarius with those days of woe,
I have winter stories within untold;
there was a wild storm on my birth day though.

Love February with thoughts that tiptoe,
each February is a new threshold;
February is a cold month of snow,
there was a wild storm on my birth day though.
