I Know You're There
Listen to poem:
I have my ritual. Before turning off the lights. I clear my head of the day. It’s good to rest. My bed faces the moon out my window and your photo. I talk to you; you don’t answer but I know you hear me. Wherever you are. I know you’re there. Somewhere.
in the dark of night
memories are all I have
with you gone
