in my childhood i had a dream now time to my tongue's best cream i am selected as S.G. of United Nations among many i am one of the patients yesterday's my face book shows that theme

A lot of loonies on Facebook, that's for sure (but then again that makes me a loony too) ... funny limerick, BL. I like how you tied your childhood to the modern day. One question though ... I understand the joke, but I'm not completely understanding what "tongue's best cream" means? Sorry if I'm dense ... curious what you had in mind.
