I got
101 hacks 
why I shouldn't   
take you back 

Hook: just give me a moment 
and I'll tell you why
(she just slams the door 
in his face, and keeps on singing)
 
because I like long nights 
when the phone doesn't ring
and my boyfriends girl doesn't
hang-up on me 
(stops singing and say 'hello hello'
on the phone)
 
you can tell her 
my number still the same 
just in case she needs, anything
like where's your new address  
(said with sarcasm)     

Hook: just give me a moment 
and I'll tell you why
(she standing at the ice box)

because I'll like my dinners nice and hot
not straight from a box 
unless your saving money
for a brand new rock 
(looking at a big diamond on her finger)     

 so take your old boots 
and park-em elsewhere 
you know somewhere like hell

101 hacks 
why I shouldn't   
take you back 

I've got to wash my hair 
I've got to shine my shoes 

I've got lots of things 
I can do
(she standing with a cowboy with a smile on his face)
(over his head his name is big charlie)

Hook: So! just give me a moment 
and I'll tell you why

I got a date tonight 
guess what 
its not you 
(she's just sitting on the couch in her robe and eating ice cream and other junk food)
