Life is 'always' full of challenges and we can only do our best and keep trying :)

I found my way through trauma and tragic days I found my way through deep pain and many losses Life went up and down from mountain tops to ravines Sometimes feelings were falling from me, like waterfalls Ongoing, but clear always moving, in a cleansing way I found my way through danger when life was unsafe Whether I had to move a lot, I saw beauty in new places I found my way with determination to be who I am freely --- To pursue everything I believe in --- I wish the same for you, in the darkest of moments to be I wish the same for you, with everything that I can see Heidi Sands 8/25/17

Thank you Vijay. I want to make sure people don't think I am saying it is easy, because it is not. And there will always be challenges too, but how we approach it and our choices make a difference. :)

Wonderful message, Heidi, I find that sometimes, no matter how hard I try, challenges keep coming my way. Trying to see the beauty and keep up beat is essential

Hi Mike. You are so right. The challenges do always keep coming (even with how hard we try!) (there is no eliminating them) . It takes work and conscious effort with how to deal with them and of course gratitude helps. And keep looking for the beauty out there each day! Thank you for your comment on this ! :) hugs.

You are right Sunshine. No life can be perfect. It is an ongoing challenge and still is for me. I am only showing that survival and reaching better times is possible with work and determination. To give hope :) Thank you for your visit.

Lin...it I very hard. Never easy. It has been a complex life for sure. And it took 'a lot ' of work. I hope for others to seek their authentic path. Thank you for your comment on this :)
