Jan: Reminds me how fortunate we are to have all 3 kids and their families here in town. However: Sometimes I'm reminded "absence often makes the heart grow fonder. :o) Have a great holiday? I saw in a comment below mention of an "op"? I wish you God's blessing in this. oldbuck

My hubbies cancer makes you re evaluate what is important and its not material things but friends and family and our health is the greatest gift we have:-) I had a breast biopsy and got the results on Wednesday (of course I've done a poem about it lol) - the results were 'indeterminable' so they can't rule out cancer so I have an op under general anesthetic in January to remove the lump then wait 2 more weeks for the outcome, the waiting is the hardest thing but if it is malignant they are confident its been caught in time:-) hugs jan xx

Oh dear, Jan. I know what it's like to live far away from our children, no matter what time of year it is. I'm so happy that your son will be with you soon.
