I Don'T Like You - Is It Christian

I
"I don't like you" is kinder than "I don't love you."

II
The bible enjoins us to love our enemies, not like them.

III
The world thrives on love, not upon our likes & dislikes.

Thank you readers, and fir critiques from & by eminent PS members Debra K. Brown, & Elder Joe DeMino. Individual responses work poorly (usually goes into cyberspace) so I hope Uvaccept a general ThanX, shalom shalom in Jesus Christ

Well said; I try desperately only to disavow the behavior, and not the God created being or creature. I would put someone in prison, not to punish them, but to protect society. Excellent, thought encouraging write.

Hi, Anil, Words to ponder on. I was always taught. All are created by God and thus deserve to be loved. If that person goes out and murders someone, then you are to dislike the sin and pray for their soul. What if someone does something wrong to you? That may take some time to forgive. Only God can change the heart. We all go through trials in life. Nobody understands God's mind or His plan. Thanks, Anil, for the deep thought poem. Prayers & Blessings ~ Debra
