I just appreciate knowing Him so much even though I don't deserve it.

I don't deserve my house, my home,
The things You've given me.
I don't deserve my food or clothes,
The breath breathed into me.

I don't deserve the many things,
With which You've filled my life.
Of all the pleasures I have known,
I've oft seen only strife.

Instead of counting blessings,
It's the curses that I see.
Instead of all that gives me joy,
I count the misery.

I don't deserve the things You do,
The things done just for me.
I'm blessed above most people.
I'm rich beyond their dreams.

I don't deserve such blessings;
The things I've seen You do.
I don't deserve such freedom, Lord.
I don't deserve You.

God wants it for you so you DO deserve it. Also the fact that you think about this, shows that you are a worthy person. I sure like this poem.

You're certainly right, Judy None of us, none, deserve the riches we have --- i.e., the breath of life, not to mention vision, hearing, sense of touch, taste, smell, etc. All we can do is appreciate the incredible bounty bestowed upon us and praise G-d for delivering on His end of the bargain.
