I Didn'T Want To Know

I Didn't Want To Know Written:By Tom Wright 11/11/01 I am left forlorn, and blasphemed by a cloud that envelopes my spirit. Time has fled, as my minority years, in the morning rays. Thoughts of clandestine deeds remain always as a silhouette; never far distanced betwixt them and me, I hear their echo. Sin, was a confidant in travel, acting as one betrothed. Even now, from potter's field, Their message reverberates within my psyche. Prompting me, to again pursue God's forbearance, seeking absence of mind of this thing. But always, I am left knowing, That this secret's final location, will be the hillside where It's holder will someday rest. For what decent thing cometh, from forever exposing a life, whose shadow was that of deceit. "Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord".
