I Did With You

Whispers through the tea leafs burning strong mellow moments hanging out on the tip of temptation strung along found with the inhibitions down yonder where the long grass grows where we missed   opportunities and sensitivities to be kissed moist mist mingles electricity tingles human touch not enough where eyes speak and sparkle a living treat  extended to repeat The breeze musses up memories changing with the lemon scents swept away, the way northern lights dance naked in my sky The way I did with you remembering patient sands swept across barren wounds slowly falling   pictures protecting and interjecting a part of you connecting a part of me

Tim, many of your romantic poems have left me wanting to read more, and in particular those that have a happier conclusion. This one brings to lovely fruition, the love between two..."a part of you connecting a part of me." Makes me sigh.

I don’t have words that are poetic enough to even, properly comment on this. You are truly talented.

OH, Tim. Only one who has experienced this sad separation can write with such intensity of emotion. I love those single lines you separate from the body of the piece. You are an amazing poet.
