I Could Hear God Cry

"I Could Hear God Cry"

Would you believe me
if I told you
I think God is trying to
tell us something
I think he has grown
tired of his whispers
falling on the deaf ears
of lost souls
He repetitively spells
it out but all we can
seem to read
are the silent vows
we have yet obey
If we weren't listening
before we better listen now
Because last night
I heard God crying and
His tears were fused inside
the raindrops that
patted the pane of
my window
as his pain was felt
in his thunderous wail
The strike of lightning
morphed between
the fury of his eyes
angered over what his
creation has come down to
He's watching us through
tarnished clouds
while the sky showcased
the dead of night stench
of his disappointment
He wants us to feel
his wrath
take heed and
recognize that evil is
not on its way
It's already here
Lou Cypher
holds the Cypher
ruling the roost
Reeking havoc
on the sacred soil
of mother earth
and I swear I could
hear her crying too
she's weak and
she's tired
Someone left the
gates of hell open
releasing it's hounds
to viciously attack
any and every thing
that may get in their way
Something wicked
this way comes
I can smell it
and we can all breathe it
and it has taken
complete control
masquerading as a God
who's really a wolf
in Anti Christ clothes
