I Cannot Hold the World Up

My senses are more intense than usual My throat tightens My jaws ache My eyes well up for tears Why? Why do I feel like crying? Can’t anyone see I cannot hold the world up for everyone? 9/7/2016

Mrs Eve, this is a very emotive write. Sometimes we just have to take a step back and relax. Get some fresh air. Go for a walk beside a river or lake. Day to day life can be a very heavy load.

It is so hard sometimes Daniel, that is why I wrote the poem" Strife, Please Stop Knocking At My Door ". It seems once it gets started it doesn't want to stop... Hugs

Eve, you can feel the fatigue in these lines. Very moving. Love the line, "I cannot hold the world up." it shows the weight of responsibility.
