I Asked---They Answered

I asked the sun what of mankind, Will it consume all men, And asked the moon will it shine on Until the end of time? I asked the asteroids out there Will one of them hit us And asked our own earth’s magma core Will it engulf the earth? I asked the atmosphere if it Would poison man one day And asked the stormy clouds if they Would harsher get each year? I asked the droughts if they’d become Larger and more sever And they all said to observe things That happen every day. W.C.Hull © 2020-H1454-2564-I52-K52-32-L59-4 W.C.Hull © 2020-WCH24-WCH1-24
