I am who l am Warts and all I walk proud, l stumble I rise, l fall I am weak, l am strong I am unafraid , l have fears I am definite, l am unsure I laugh, l shed tears I succeed, l fail I am right, l am wrong I am happy, l am down I am lost, l belong l am who l am Simply doing my best In a world both beautiful and flawed I am human, l am blessed

I sincerely love this piece ! It rings so true. Too often others wish to place us into a box of employment , parenthood , married or single, happy,sad, athletic , outgoing, shy, conservative , liberal, bold, reserved, brave, cowardly, intelligent, ignorant, educated , unschooled ,.... the list goes on ..... I for one am all of the above... some for long durations of time, others for only a flashing moment. Your choice of wording and rhythm are spot on.Thank you for writing this piece for me !
