I Am Thankful For

A place I can call my own, out of the bitter cold. 
A good man and sweet child in my happy fold.
A loving Father up above,  who is always in control.
By giving Him my heart, I have been made whole!

Hot coffee in the morning, melting chocolate on my tongue. 
A comfy bed next to my man when hard days are done.
Warm sunshine on my skin, snowstorms that keep us in,
Time spent with my daughter, and laughing with a friend.

Never any worry about the needful things.
Trusting in His goodness and the peace that brings.
I'm so grateful for my home, faith, family, and friends, 
All these things that will live on when this time ends.
