I Am a Friend

Remember to call me a friend When the good time fair weather friends Are gone al be holdin on to you You ain't just the sun, in the dark you are the moon To me you are the light in the darkest of nights You smile keeps warm in the loneliest of times Again this morning i will be tryin the best i could to see you smile By the promise of the new dawn, Only uncertainty thrives between now and sundown, Call me you friend that's all the assurances al ever need, When the tryin times are pon you, call me Al be where and whatever you need, Consoling you in ma arms, This is not smooth talk Dumb yellowbone, naive gal drop your pants Let me jump your bone cheesy talk, It's an i will love today, Trust you tomorrow, Keep you forever
