"Hurt Is Not Apart Of My Love"
Oh! Here she comes again and she's crying.
That fella has again broken her heart!
Here I am again watching and trying,
to also once again not be torn apart!
In my heart I've a secret love for her,
that she has no idea of!
Inside I yell aloud not saying a word,
"Hurt Is Not A Part Of My Love!"
The silence can be pure agony,
when the heart has so much to say!
I balance it with the need to remain
unseen and unknown in every way!
I see her and crave such nearness,
that she has no idea of!
My secret must stay a secret within that,
"Hurt Is Not A Part Of My Love!"
There are many beautiful women out her,
but why won't I take that chance,
and walk away,
from this torment and heartache
and possibly find new romance?
How do I escape this prison?...I've made,
that she has no idea of!
Is this my fate to love her
from this distance because
"Hurt Is Not A Part Of My Love!"
Oh! There she goes, she's leaving.
She's returning to him once again!
How long will it be before again I see
her tears and her deep felt pain?
Time is a silent partner
in this secret rendezvous
that she'll never have any idea of!
I sigh for my longing to let her know,
"Hurt Is Not A Part Of My Love!"
