How Should I Love Thee
How should I love thee?
With my flood gates bursting free.
When all I knew was emptiness,
You stood firm awaiting me.
Where was that old cupid?
I swear, I didn't see love coming.
Why on earth did I fall?
Melting into breath of you.
What consuming sting of torment
For us, I must endure.
