How Great Thou Art
On my own, there is no way to learn why or when
The wide universe began.
I most surely wish to hear
I cry into the space vacuum
But emptiness not sounding
The ancient universe stays silent
Silent stars seem mockingly
To view me most indifferently
Thus I must ask the only One that knows
His reply I shall praise, “How great thou art!”
