How Does an Angel Do War?

How does an angel do war?

By shining resplendent within,
By rising with the rising light that is her being,
By consciousness of her very self,
By being the morning to which night surrenders,
By remembering always that every atom of her being is filled with light,
By being that beauty which transcends pain and suffering,
By simply being what God himself sees as her precious radiance.

You have all the armor you need to conquer this enemy.
You were born with it, and it has steadily grown in you
the way morning grows brighter and heaven comes to earth,
the way roses turn to the sun and the sun kisses roses,
the way you simply shine with the light that fills your heart,
the way you have of touching life so lightly,
the way you are who you so preciously are.
