Hounded By Fleas

There was once a young hound 'hounded' by fleas,

   As countless as the stars in Pleiades!

      He was one dismal young whelp,

         And he barked with a loud yelp:

            "Won't someone scratch this mutt's hide if you please!"

Maurice Rigoler September 18, 2018 at 4:07 PM Sounds like what my dog might say. He had both ears infected a few weeks ago and I thought he would go made scratching them. I had to take him to the vet ASAP. Ear medication solved the problem in two days! Will catch up on your poems ASAP. Under the weather at the moment.
