Hounded By Fleas

There was once a young hound 'hounded' by fleas,

As countless as the stars in Pleiades!

He was one dismal young whelp,

And he barked with a loud yelp:

"Won't someone scratch this mutt's hide if you please!"

Sounds like what my dog might say. He had both ears infected a few weeks ago and I thought he would go made scratching them. I had to take him to the vet ASAP. Ear medication solved the problem in two days! Will catch up on your poems ASAP. Under the weather at the moment. Thanks for the stop by and best to you always. / M
