Hostages
Hostages
Miracle Man
Labor Day 2024
Sometimes others make decisions,
that will go against our grain.
We allow sacrifices to be made of a few
for the good of many, without refrain.
It always seems so unfair,
if you’re family of one of these few.
Being told that,“a man’s gotta do,
what a man’s gotta do”
We thank God each morning,
that we’re not one of the few.
But sometimes we tend to overlook,
what the prayers of many can do.
I wonder if it were your loved one,
would it shine a different light,
On the seriousness of negotiation?
Just a thought, but it might.
