Horse Haiku for Hummingbird
Saw her here and there;
Then was seen everywhere;
Horse had been my mare.
To me pure delight;
Loved her with all of my might;
Thrilled to her each sight.
Want her nice and near;
My horse is no longer here;
To me was so dear.
Still see her mane shine;
Now is memory of mine,
Under restless pine.
