Hope

I’ve learned so much
I taught so many things
My brain is still expanding
I'm still learning
I’ve missed so much growing up
The way I did
I missed being a kid
I missed all of the fun
I missed the girly things,
The sleepovers,
The fashion shows,
The gossiping
(though that’s not really fun or funny)
I don’t have many friends
Or people who love me for me
I have my family
And that’s all I need right now
One day I’ll find a boy who loves me for everything that I have to give
One day I’ll make my own family
I hope it’s big
I hope that all goes well
I hope that I achieve my goals
That I go far in my life
Hopefully it’s not to short of one either
Hope is all I have
Hope is what my life has become
Hope is what I’ve got
