Hope

Hope,
as a sparrow chirps and claims the sky,

Hope,
Escape velocity 
from planet 
despair,

Hope,
Cracks that let the light in,

Hints 
Of fresh morning
air,

Hope,
The sound of laughter,

Tears of care,

Hope
I pray, 
you're always 
here.
