Homebound

Home, all alone
On a snowy January day
My frozen driveway
Exceptionally cold,
Bitter cold, I’d say,
On this foul Friday
Understandably gloomy, 
Never so lonely now …
Disappointing, anyhow!

When it's pretty outside, my SADD is not so unbearable, and I can get out for a drive at least.

I Am Anaya January 28, 2022 at 5:17 PM So sad if true, this is what I'd do; make comfort soup and watch the 'Ol 60's bikini beach movies! Or save a DOG or Cat! L Milton Hankins January 28, 2022 at 6:23 PM Well, I plan to make potato soup tomorrow or Sunday...but I forgot to get the potatoes when I went to the grocery store yesterday, so I'll have to settle, I suppose. If a stray cat or dog came to my door, I would, but I'm not going out looking!
