Home-Less For Sale
Home-less For Sale
Judge me not for I have sought
Many ways to be free
For I watch the setting sun and harm no one
As I pray in the raging rain kneeling on my knee
For the world is cruel and you will rule
To lock me up for my sanity
Yes I have no home and stand alone
As people see a monstrosity
I walk the distance of least resistance
But your eyes will blindly see
That I’m your mirror as you get nearer
For it could also be your destiny
If my breath could speak then you would seek
To help with my humanity
But now the dust and restless rust
Destroys the home inside of me.
