Hinkley Buzzards

Hinkley Buzzards It was in 1808, at the gallows at the bend Along the Rocky River around the foot of ledges when The Wyandot Indians hung a squaw for witchcraft ways And buzzards came to gather; even in these modern days Each year in Hinkkley Township, March 15 to be exact The buzzards all return to roost and always right on track The legend of these buzzards is known both far and wide Are they searching for that old squaw that was hung on that hill side No other explanation has ever made much sense But rest assured 15th of March, their arrival will commence Mdailey 3/15/12
