Hiding From Existence-Invisible

How easy it is not to be sought or seen;
hiding from existence,
weakening confidence,
missing its eloquence...
when feelings resurge
to question the misery of what has been
with a pathetic urge.

Why does one choose
those moods of loneliness
and turn into a lurking shadow,
then rest under a solitary willow?
Why be the friend of gloomy solitude,
instead of the friend of cheery sunshine?
Nothing is to be gained if ingratitude
doesn't allow reality and truth to entwine.

Note on picture # 1: Being invisible or hiding from the world
is self-infliction, it effects teens and adults who are
misunderstood and unloved.
