Hibernating

cooler sun
colder days
come indoors
where it’s warm

as a recluse
life’s just great
bundle up
and stay indoors

leave bad weather
in your backyard
where it belongs
that's why it's called
the great outdoors

And that is a wonderful REASON to get a dog. All that fresh air is keeping you witty and charming, Maureen.

I am a recluse today too. This weather is AWFUL! It is only 9 degrees here today. Yesterday it was 53 degrees, but by the time we left our PT conferences at 6:30 p.m. it was about 33 degrees. BRRR! Ozone layer, I wish you could re-build yourself! I am really tempted to stay home today where I am safe. Thanks for the reminder - indoors is warm.

My husband and I have been cooped in for a solid week. No cabin fever for us till the spring! It's been like a most delightful holiday.
