Another pointless foreign conflict,
where our brave men and women are
fighting for Queen and Country.
But where is the respect
when they return home?
Hold them in awe,
for they are
heroes
all.

I wholeheartedly agree with your sentiments particularly since my son is a soldier who is serving his country and is putting his life on the line. Wars are not foreign for those that serve. They are very, very personal with at times a very simple choice, live or die. Until you've experienced it, you can't conceive of such horror. Respect is a small price for such sacrifice. Well done John...

a hero saves, a hero sacrifices....a hero utilizes all devices....a hero serves to keep us strong....i never knew i was a hero all along.....but after all is said and done....a hero's war is only won....when he or she accepts the fact...that to be a hero, only God determines how you act....
