Help Me To Say Good-Bye
Help me to let go God above
show me how to live without
his friendship, his love.
My trembling hands continue
to shake. I don't know where
to place this heartbreak.
Hollow and empty I feel in my
soul. Nothing compares to the
loving feeling that once made
me feel whole.
Arms out reached in longing
desire towards the stars;
I need to feel the healing of
their great fire to remove the
scars.
Hold on to me great spirit in
the sky.
Give me strength to say good-bye.
