Heavenly Vision
Within His hands, I see a beautiful vision,
calling each person, to make their decision.
Narrow is the path, that leads to the gate.
Along the way are roadblocks, tainted with hate.
He balances the scales between Heaven and Earth.
We are given a choice, from the moment of birth.
Some people make the decision as they grow old,
to take the wide path and wonder from His fold.
So taken, they are, with each earthly desire,
their souls are consumed with a hellish fire.
Superficial beauty nourishes the sight,
blinding the eyes, so they can't see the light.
Glorious eternity, is held within His hand,
a vision of Heaven, to those who understand.
