Heavenly Finger Pointers

Listen you who think high minded Who's placed yourself at the doors of God Who speak for him wagging index fingers Forcing yourself into chambers so Holy Rejecting tolerance of men whom God loves Issuing judgements on reverent behalf Might find oneself in dubious places Just a warning friend to embrace humility 5/29/16

Thank you Becca. The poem seems a judgemenal and it is because in honest reality, all people judge. It's in our nature. It's when we do harm to others because of or ignorance that judgment becomes deadly for other humans and creatures

If we could only remember" do unto others as you would have them do unto you" the finger pointing would end. I know I have been guilty of judging, mostly family, but I do try. Your poem has a great message Bonnie. ; )

Thank you for your wonderful conversation. I too have pointed my finger and judged when God was watching and was more than likely rolling his eyes. So thank you Connie for reading my poem. Have an awesome day or night

Thank you Carl. We all jump ahead of God and think we're doing him a service but instead of helping we are often hindering that which we haven't any knowledge of. Thanks Carl
