Heaven and Earth
Each of us enters heaven
to taste, travel around
especially in dreams
such journeys abound,
it is our duty
to make both heaven
and earth sound
man, a wayward product
of heaven,
but source and body
are never far apart found
for heaven and earth are
inseparably bound
we all enter earth
to taste, sense, recall,
and travel around
confused by gold castles
and roads of jewels
church paintings by
blessed fools,
a kiss is connection
breathless bliss of heaven
a child's first notes
such joyful cries
no new parent with dry eyes
we all enter heaven
with such miraculous sighs
division not God's will
but the Devil's persistent
lies
