Heartbroken

a chicken with her ten chicks attacked by some mongooses, three chicks survived,  its heart broken after loosing them. on her escape zone , hawks  cuptured the remained chicks It made much noise ,the kids who used to play with the chicks missed them. the owner was so sorry to see how it  called  its chicks desperately For some days , until it started to make other eggs. two months later , it had twenty two chicks and avoided to walk into the bush as mongooses were there mostly.
