Heart Without A Home

Homeless because home is where the heart should be. Truth is you are where my heavy heart longs to be. Homeless because home is when you’re with me. If only sooner rather than later, you would see.

You have broken new ground with this poem Marissa. 4 lines perfect for this. Right words chosen. Excellent. Quite a truth here. easily relatable. Fortunately I have lots of interests and family. 1 grandson and identical twin boys due in August to eldest daughter. 2 daughters one son, so don't dwell on what not meant to be for now or not at all. Many do not have that support around them. This poem hopefully will reach those who are alone or feeling alone and not coping. Best regards David in NZ
