Heads That Talk

Heads can only ever talk,
If they contract others to walk the walk,
And when they too
Can only talk the talk,
Because they subcontract yet more to walk the walk,
Even when they have only just learnt to talk the talk, 
And are yet unable to walk the walk,
Where does that leave those who expect more than talk,
For the money they give for someone to walk the walk.

When will heads stop talking,
And start rolling,
Replaced by heads that talk,
That are attached to bodies that can walk the walk,
To earn the money given for more than talk, 
So the economic recovery is more than just talk.
