Head On

Heart beats in rhythm to snowflakes Cascading in tune to my reality Like a train travelling through time with no track Overwelmed by it's vivid fertile surroundings Colours pencilled in my mind As a reminder of life and it's many shades Guided by the brightly lit angels from above Resolve in my faith remains steadfast

A very spiritual poem, Carol. So well written in the rhythmic meter of life. Wonderful poem in so many ways. I really felt the vibe of it in my soul. Freddie, I am thrilled that you liked my poem. In answer to your question regarding my thoughts on my title. When life throughs you a curve ball and you're riddled with uncertainty you have two options either you deal with it "Head On" or you let it eat you up. I choose to learn from the experience and do my best to move forward. It's not always easy sometimes your heart beats as quickly as snowflakes cascading, you remember life has it's ups and downs. That's were faith comes into play. We need to believe in ourselves and have faith that all will be okay. We're never alone. I truly believe I have angels watching over me :) Have a wonderful weekend!
