It happens when you least expect it
There is a feeling that fills the heart
With gentle compassion and caring
Feelings that abide through it all
There is a whisper of sweet affection
That carries the heart to soaring heights
Fills the soul with courage and dreams
And makes all worries seem to be no more
When the feeling is alive on the inside
There are moments that excite and entice
With desires for more than mere acceptance
But joys that thrive with a kiss and caress
These feelings are enough to make you glow
With adoration for your sweet love’s touch
Abundant thrills that open up the thoughts
And teach your beloved about sincerity and hope
It is a warmth and tenderness that is so full
Of rapture that only comes through true love
And gives the one in your heart an exultation
That can be felt long after they’ve gone home
With joys like these there is no explanation
Only freedom to express your dream’s cravings
Feelings that are so soft and sweet and open
They reflect the truths that come from up above
These soothing expressions are so massive
They overcome hurts and worries that require
Us to look for more than just a touch of lust
But toward a compassion that is sent on adoration
Love, true love, is sent from the heart of God
To those who need someone to be a best friend
Someone on whom they can truly depend and lend
Their feelings to – in love, true love sincerely gives
