Have the Guts

Cultivate the willpower to achieve your goal, chances, Give yourself the guts to succeed and win, Elevate your mind above your circumstances, And deliberate upon taking things on the chin. Analyse your goals until they become many, Many small intentions that you can make easily, So that you build up the confidence gamey, To assert yourself in a tight religious family. Write your goals down on paper if need be, Your dreams, ambitions and intentions as well, So that at least you’ll know what you see, For your life and future, where there’s no hell. Don’t be scared to share them with others, Your teachers, engineers, doctors and physios, So that they can help you on your way, brothers, Such that you’re no longer listening to radios. Your ratio with them will become important, The church subsides along with your relations, And in time they will imbue their statement, Their morality will become your attestations. Seek to interact in your society unaffected, Don’t define it as they do by hatred and sin, Because if you can’t trust your person stated, Your neighbour or colleagues, find the bin. You need to give them that bit of initial trust, That little bit of space which lets them move, So that you can trust them when there’s no dust, When you have no innocence to site or prove. Make a table for yourself because it’s made, By others for your pleasure and gratification; Live and let live and traverse peace stayed, And wangle when you find only apprehension.
