Harvest Hearts
Harvest Hearts
Come bide with me beneath a harvest moon
and pull me softly to your chilly lips
quivering with desire and evening swoons
November night of tender fingertips.
Come autumn fancy live within our hearts,
chilling hours will warm when air is crisp.
With leaves all crimson at the very start
we'll take time for taking our first kiss.
Come offer me your strong courageous hands
for love is real and truly taken flight
as we ascend into lunar highlands
what splendid vision for the angels’ sight!
Come harvest heart and share a raptured dream
between the stars above and white moonbeams.
