Harmoneous Imbalance

We possess a harmonious imbalance;
A teetering of steadiness
Placed on a soft rock.

The night brings us so much light;
With my eyes closed, I see
You’re moving, but still.

Gently, I forcefully place my hands
Upon your wet, but dry being,
Drowning me in thirst.

The distance keeps us forever close;
In our minds, our bodies are one
Screaming quietly.
