Happy Mother's Day

This is for all the mothers,
Who grace this poetry site.
They bring beauty to the world,
With love, peace, and delight.

They have served many meals,
With their compassionate hands.
And regardless of the situation,
Clearly and lovingly, understand.

Their warmth is greatly needed,
With unconditional love.
They’re the lullaby of life;
A gift from God above.

With soothing hands of healing,
Comforting life-complications.
Without a loving mother,
There’d be no generations.

They not only birth children,
But beautiful versus and such.
They’re ordinary precious women,
With a caring nurse’s touch.

They’ve kissed many wounds and
Placed band-aids on knees at play.
I lovingly exclaim to you all,
Rejoice, for this is your day.
