Jennifer, thanks for visiting and for the nice comment. Yes, my Canadian winters can be both beautiful and cruel, but I am not sure I would ever want to trade it as the seasons are so important to us, we love each one ~

CayCay, I love the snowflakes, but hate the deep drifts of snow, the howling winds and really hate the freezing rain which is sadly all part of a Canadian winter, thanks so much for visiting my poem ~
