Haiku- My Abiding Memory
january cold
pure white snowflakes are falling-
write winter poems
february ice
hangs from the bare tree branches-
walks in still nature
march is a lion
harsh cold winds and ice warnings-
planning my garden
april and melting
rivers of snow on the street-
dreaming of sweet spring
may is a whisper
gentle breezes caress hair-
I buy daffodils
june and loud thunder
nature is washing my world-
touch buds in garden
july and the sun
my world is full of color-
write flower verses
august is lazy
oh the flowers are fading-
I pen of decay
september and rain
that is dripping from green leaves-
walks in the deep woods
october falling
descending orange beauty-
poems of autumn
november chills come
cold crisp winds and blowing storms-
thinking of summer
december stillness
waiting for snow to show up-
I write christmas words
