wow, this startles the senses, Barbara. WAs this sunlight or perhaps a newly blossomed patch of yellow flowers? In any event, I just love the way it contrast with the black bird. It's not for a contest, is it? Love it.

Still cutting it I see Barbarakvery colourful.Am fine have recently completed a ekphrasis/cartoon series on Vermeer(see with my daily pooem on twitter(@strandpoet)posting art on flickr(poiemapoet)and my essayette blogs and haiga on FB sadly PS is not so iphone friendly so only make short visits here.May yr creative inspiration flow.rgds BRIAN
